Individual Therapy

Therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more — available in-person in Springfield and via telehealth throughout Missouri.

People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Some arrive in crisis. Some have been carrying something heavy for years and finally decided to put it down. Some just want to feel more like themselves again. Whatever brought you here, you don't need to have it figured out before we start.

I work with adults across a wide range of concerns — anxiety and depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, career stress, religious trauma, LGBTQIA+ identity and experience, and pet bereavement. I also work with fellow therapists who want a space of their own, separate from the work they do for everyone else.

My approach is person-centered, which means I believe you already have what it takes. My job is to help you find it, trust it, and use it. I draw on evidence-based methods, but I'm not rigid about technique — I follow what you actually need on any given week.

Sessions are 50 minutes and available in-person at my Springfield office or via telehealth anywhere in Missouri. If you're not sure where to start, a free consultation is a good first step.
